At Big Daddy, gentlemen can opt for formal or smart casual attire such as jeans, collared shirts, and shoes (no shorts or flip-flops). Ladies, please avoid flip-flops; comfortable evening wear is perfect. Thank you for enhancing our venue's ambiance.

Kids Room exclusively for kids aged 14 and below, first-come basis. Kids can also enjoy at Level 4 Restaurant. Post-Restaurant hours, Kids Zone welcomes female children, ensuring well-rounded experience.

Dress code for Men is Formals or Smart casuals. Shorts, sleeveless t-shirts, flip-flops and chappals are not permitted. (No restrictions for ladies.)

All bookings made through the Call Centre and Website are non-refundable

Rescheduling or cancellation is not allowed within 24 hours of the scheduled date of visit.

One-time date change is allowed to reschedule the visit for a future date with an applicable difference amount payable depending on the pricing at the time of revision. Request to be placed 24 hours ahead of the scheduled date of visit.

If the pricing for the revised booking is of a lesser amount than your original booking, the remainder is not payable to Guest

Cancellation due to valid medical emergencies is subject to a full refund. However, the same will be addressed post verification of submitted documents.

No cancellations/refunds are allowed for bookings made for blackout dates or at special rates.

No cancellations/refunds or transfer of tickets in case of no show or unutilized bookings.

Refunds shall be issued to the payment method used for the purchase of original tickets/packages. Once refund request is generated, the same will be processed within 10 working days.

No refund can be processed if a guest utilizes the playing coupons offered to them as part of their package

Refund & Cancellation policy is subject to change without notice.

Management’s decision shall remain final.

Kids entry starts from 05:00pm onwards.

Kids entry must be done before or by 06.00pm. Post which kids room access is subject to availability.

The Kids room is subject to be full before 06.00pm as well.

In the above scenarios, we can reschedule your entry to another date OR We can assist with a refund.

Kids room is not accessible for 15yrs kids and above (boys only)

All patrons shall be solely responsible and liable for any risks pertaining to the Covid-19 virus upon entry to Big Daddy Casino. The Directors, officers, employees or group companies of Big Daddy Casino or any other related parties shall not be liable directly or indirectly in any manner whatsoever if any patron at any time is infected with the Covid-19 virus or for any injury whether personal or incidental or otherwise and/or for any special, indirect, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever.

The management maintains the right to forcibly remove a person from the premises if they are found behaving in a disorderly manner while intoxicated.
